Ticket Delivery

1 - How are tickets delivered?

Most tickets are delivered electronically to the email provided during checkout. Specific delivery instructions are also shown on the listing’s page and in the order confirmation.

The expected delivery date is listed on the event details and checkout page.

Mobile transfer tickets are often released 24–48 hours before the event due to venue security policies.

3 - What are mobile transfer tickets?

Mobile transfers are secure digital tickets delivered via email, an account manager, or a third-party platform that requires the recipient to accept the transfer on the platform (e.g., Ticketmaster, AXS, SeatGeek).

4 - How do mobile transfer tickets work?

Once transferred, the recipient receives an email, link, or request from a third-party platform prompting acceptance of the ticket. Tickets must be presented for entry via the third-party app/website on an Android or iOS Mobile device.

Barcodes or QR codes are often activated only 24–48 hours before the event, so they may not be immediately available until then. It is common to be delivered before or on the day of the event.

5 - Can the delivery method be changed after an order is placed?

Delivery methods cannot be changed once the order is confirmed. If there is an ssue with email access or the delivery address, contact s for assistance.

Pricing & Taxes

1 - Are there extra fees or taxes applied to an order?

Karma Tickets does NOT charge fans any type of fees at checkout. Most sites charge undisclosed
"delivery" or "shipping" fee of $5.00 USD per order. You will not be charged this approximately $7.00 CAD fee at checkout. Depending on the location of your event, you may be charged a tax at checkout. Fan rarely will experience a tax charge at checkout on Karma Tickets.

2 - What if a purchase was made using the wrong credit or debit card?

Once an order is placed, the payment method cannot be changed.

Refunds

1 - Can orders be canceled or refunded after they are placed?

All sales are final. Orders cannot be canceled or refunded unless the event is officially canceled by the organizer.

2 - Can tickets be modified or exchanged after they are placed?

Tickets cannot be modified, exchanged, or adjusted after purchase.

3 - What if an event is canceled?

If the event is officially canceled, a full refund is issued to the original payment method.

4 - What if an event is postponed or rescheduled?

Tickets remain valid for the new date.
